The AI Operating Manual · practical online training
Learn to use AI for work you actually need to do. Choose your source material, write a clear instruction and check the result before using it.
The programme below describes the Polish edition. An English edition is in preparation; no release date has been announced.

What you will practise
Work with specific files and situations. Each task takes you through doing the work and checking what AI produced.
Organise data, compare exports and explain the results. Learn to check the numbers before sharing them.
Turn notes into a campaign brief, proposal or follow-up email. Adapt the structure to the reader and identify missing information.
Choose tasks, tools and rules for handling data. Record the time and corrections needed to see where AI helps.
Explore the learning approach
An abbreviated example based on a training task. Generating the text is one step in the process.
An excerpt from sample meeting notes:
“We could consider starting on 15 October, but we still need to confirm that date internally.”
Draft a follow-up email. Separate agreements from open questions. For dates and amounts, identify the relevant source excerpt.
The 15 October date belongs under items awaiting confirmation. Compare every date, amount and commitment with the notes before sending.
Context: I send a summary to the client after a sales meeting. Task: Draft the email from the notes. Separate confirmed agreements from proposals and open questions. Format: A short introduction, agreements, open questions and next steps. Explicitly flag dates that have not been confirmed. Verification: Show the source excerpt for every date and amount. Do not add commitments absent from the notes. Notes: [paste material you are permitted to use under your company’s rules]
Training programme
The Start module guides you through the complete process. Use the following sections according to the task you need to complete.
7 lessons on choosing a task, preparing data, writing an instruction and checking the result. Then set up time tracking for three recurring tasks.
Read a model map and identify the capabilities you need for documents, data and other types of work.
Check providers’ prices and limits. Decide which paid features are useful for your own tasks.
Weekly reports, campaign briefs, proposals, meeting notes, schedules and more. Source files, instructions, exercises and checks for each result.
Save reusable instructions. Learn the basics of downloading files and following changes on GitHub.
Prepare to discuss data, permissions and the scope of AI use with an employer or client.
Evaluate updates to AI tools through their impact on your tasks and decisions.
Use your task log to prepare a summary for your manager or a description of your experience for your CV.
