I write the playbooks and checklists, train the team live and refine each workflow based on the first results. The first workflow is live in week two.

We roll out to the department and keep measuring.
In the 90-day programme we add more workflows, every team gets a champion who sustains the change, and reports land on days 30, 60 and 90.

How long does an AI implementation take?

A sprint for one team takes 4 to 6 weeks, with the first workflow live in week two. The programme for a whole department takes 90 days.

How much does AI implementation consulting cost?

The sprint starts from €5,000, depending on the number of workflows. The 90-Day Programme starts from €25,000, depending on the number of participants. Prices exclude VAT, and the sprint fee is fully credited towards the programme. You get the exact price after the diagnosis, before signing anything.

Do we need developers or integrations?

No. We don’t build an IT system. We improve how people work in the AI tool your company has already approved and write the new way of working into playbooks and checklists.

Which processes are best for AI implementation?

Repetitive work based on text and data: customer replies, proposals, reports, meeting summaries, documentation and content. The diagnosis shows which of them give the biggest return in your team.

What if the implementation doesn’t deliver?

The sprint comes with the First Workflow Guarantee: if the first workflow isn’t at least 30 percent faster, you get a full refund. The 90-Day Programme comes with the Three Workflows Guarantee: I refund one third of the fee for every missing workflow.

Does the implementation include team training?
