We remove cookies of that category that our domain can access. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data sent earlier or affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Security or session cookies may be needed for a specific action, such as administrator login. They are not used for visitor analytics. Logged-in administrative visits are excluded from our measurement.

Google Analytics

With consent, Google receives online identifiers, technical visit data and events such as the page address without query parameters, device type, page views and offer clicks. We do not send names, email addresses or form contents. GA4 uses IP addresses to determine approximate location; Google states that GA4 does not log IP addresses. Google Signals and Google ad personalisation are disabled. Before consent, Analytics does not load and we do not send measurement pings to Google.

Both GA4 properties retain detailed event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. New activity may restart the user retention period. Aggregate reports may remain longer. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Meta Pixel

With separate marketing consent, the Pixel runs on selected homepage and AI offer pages. It sends Meta information about visits, online identifiers, browser and device to measure ads and build audiences. Meta may connect a visit with your Facebook or Instagram account. Automatic matching of names, emails and other form data is disabled; we do not supply those details in our Pixel configuration. This consent does not enable Google advertising.

For collection and transmission of event data, we and Meta may act as joint controllers under the Meta Controller Addendum. Meta explains its further processing in its privacy policy and cookie policy.

Legal basis and international transfers

Optional analytics and marketing rely on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). The essential consent record supports respecting your choice and the controller’s accountability. Google and Meta may transfer data outside the EEA, including to the USA. Their documentation describes applicable safeguards, including an adequacy decision for eligible EU-US Data Privacy Framework participants or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request information and copies of the relevant safeguards from the controller.

Consent records, newsletter and external services

The banner is hosted on our own servers. Consent records contain a random identifier, timestamp, notice version, language and selected purposes for 180 days. The consent record itself does not contain your IP address, visited URLs, name or email. Ordinary server security logs are a separate process.

This domain stores consent separately from antonilacki.com and its blog. Newsletter signup is a separate service provided through Kit, with a separate request and email confirmation. Links to videos and external sites take you to those services and their privacy settings; they do not require consent to Meta ads. Search Console uses search-engine data and does not install visitor cookies for this purpose.
