The transformation

What changes when the academy goes live.

Today

Onboarding by heroics

  • Every new customer needs a human walkthrough
  • Support answers the same "how do I" questions daily
  • Docs exist, nobody finishes them
  • Training lags two releases behind the product
  • New markets wait because content is English-only
Day 30

Onboarding by design

  • Customers self-serve a role-based learning path
  • Certification proves adoption to their boss and yours
  • Completion is measured, not hoped for
  • Updates ship with releases via an AI pipeline
  • Every market gets the academy in its language
What you get

A complete academy, not a folder of videos.

  • Curriculum built from your product · docs, workflows and support signals turned into role-based paths
  • Video lessons, studio grade · scripted, recorded and edited with a production pipeline, not a webcam
  • Knowledge checks and certification · learners prove skill, you get completion data
  • Every language you serve · AI translation with independent dual-model review
  • Hosted and branded · your domain, your colors, learner portal, certificates, reminders
  • The update system · release notes in, refreshed lessons out; your academy never goes stale
The process

The 30 days, week by week.

Week 1

Deep dive and curriculum

Send me your product docs, your top three workflows and the languages you serve. I map the skill gaps, define learning outcomes and you approve the full curriculum before anything is produced.

Week 2

Production sprint

Scripts, video lessons, screen walkthroughs, assessments. The AI pipeline does the heavy lifting; instructional design and quality control stay human. You review the first module mid-week, so course-correction costs nothing.

Week 3

Build, brand and translate

The academy goes onto its platform: your domain, your brand, learner accounts, certificates. Translations are produced and independently reviewed. Your team gets admin access and a walkthrough.

Week 4

Launch and handoff

Pilot group first, fixes within days, then full launch with invite emails and completion reporting. You leave with a running academy, an admin playbook and a decision: run it yourself, or I keep producing monthly.

After the build

One ladder, three rungs.

The academy build is rung one. Most clients climb further: I keep the content release-aligned, and the platform keeps it running.

01 · Build

The 30-Day Product Academy

Everything on this page. Fixed scope, one product, from €10k.

02 · Run

Embedded enablement team

Release-aligned updates, new courses monthly, adoption analytics. The embedded L&D team a 50-500 person company cannot hire. From €3k per month, limited seats.

03 · Host

Ludus, the platform

Your academy runs on the AI-powered LMS I built: learner accounts, certificates, AI tutor in every lesson. License from €2.4k per year.

Proof

Live proof, not a slide deck.

Ten years of enterprise enablement is the track record. The products I own are the clickable evidence: I run my own academies on the same platform and pipeline you would get.

The completion guarantee

If they do not finish, I keep working. Free.

Completion is the metric everything else follows from. If your academy's completion rate sits under 60% ninety days after launch, I rework the content at no cost until it clears the bar. You risk a slow month; I risk my time. That is the right way around.

Questions

Asked before every build.

What do you need from us to start?

Three things on day one: product access, your existing docs (any state is fine), and one product expert available for about two hours a week. The 30-day clock starts when I have all three.

Who records the videos?

Default: I produce them with a studio-grade AI pipeline (script, voice, screen capture, edit), which is what makes 30 days possible. If you want your own faces on camera, we plan a recording day and I direct and edit it.

How many languages are included?

The build includes your primary language plus up to two more, with independent dual-model review. Further languages are added per language, fast, because the content model is translation-ready by construction.

Who owns the content and where does it live?

You own everything: sources, videos, exports. It runs on a dedicated Ludus instance under your domain, or exports as SCORM into the LMS you already have.

What happens when our product changes?

You have two options. On the monthly retainer I keep the academy release-aligned: your release notes flow into refreshed lessons every month. If you prefer to run it in-house, you leave the build with an admin playbook and the update tooling, so your team can refresh the content themselves.
